Our services
We work with both metals (steel, stainless steel,
titanium, aluminium, magnesium, brass, silver, gold,
etc.) and plastics (mainly acetate).
Preparation :
Buffing: vibratory finishing, automated buffing (using
different types of machines), manual buffing.
Sanding, shot blasting (different finishes can be
obtained depending on the materials and grains used).
Brushing, dogging (the final appearance differs depending
on the type of material used).
Combining these techniques allows us to create processes
suited to each product at the best possible price.
Surface coating or electroplating :
It is possible to deposit metals of different thicknesses
according to your needs.
For example, for gold, this can range from a simple
coating (0.1 µ of gold) to gold-plating (5 µ of gold).
We can apply the following coatings :
Nickel, White chrome, Black chrome, White bronze,
Ruthenium, Palladium, Gold. |

Lacquering/varnishing
and decoration :
We provide an unending range of colours in both varnished
and lacquered finishes (from the Pantone colour scheme).
Whether colourless or coloured, the final finish can
be matt, satin, transparent or glossy, according to
choice.
Furthermore, current techniques enable us to offer finishes
that are two-tone, graduated, aged, graded, etc.
We also boast expertise in even level lacquer coatings.
Assembly and finishing :
We can also handle production and assembly of finishing
accessories.
(For example, mounting of endtips onto the temples of
the frames, screwing or fixing of studs for belt buckles). |
